COMMUNITY RESOURCES

We take our role as the first Latino-created advocacy organization in the region very seriously because we know that we are a trusted community resource. This page provides useful information about available programs and resources in the community.

Our Partner for Referrals

Voces Unidas refers our community members to Servicios de la Raza, a trusted organization founded in 1972 by community activists and activists in the Chicano/Chicana civil rights movement in Colorado to provide mental health services for the Spanish-speaking community. Servicios de La Raza embodies the phrase “for the people, by the people”.

Today, Servicios offers the following services in Spanish and English. Click on the links below to learn more about those programs.

COMMUNITY HELPING COMMUNITY

In 2020 and 2021, leaders of Voces Unidas came together to help our own community. From running a call center to connect people to resources to distributing boxes of food to giving direct cash assistance to modeling a promotora program to vaccinating thousands in our community, Voces Unidas was present in the community at every phase of the pandemic. Thank you to all of our leaders for stepping up and leaning in to help.

Event and Project Sponsorship

Voces Unidas believes in supporting community-led projects that promote arts, sports and culture. To learn more about the type of projects that we sponsor, email info@vocesunidas.org.
