2022 Colorado Latino Policy Agenda release scheduled for Sept. 14

Keep an eye out next week for the release of the 2022 Colorado Latino Policy Agenda.

The Colorado Latino Policy Agenda is the largest nonpartisan poll of Latino registered voters ever conducted in Colorado and is commissioned annually by the Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights (COLOR), COLOR Action Fund, Voces Unidas de las Montañas and Voces Unidas Action Fund. Protégete of Conservation Colorado partnered on the 2022 project as well.

The Policy Agenda provides insight for elected officials, community leaders, media, and others into the demographic makeup and views of Latinos in Colorado on pressing political, policy, and other issues in Colorado.

The second annual poll engaged more than 1,500 Latina and Latino voters from across the state, with an unprecedented emphasis on rural voters.

This year we once again explored Latino voters’ top issues at both the federal, state and local levels; as well as their policy priorities, views on abortion rights and the Supreme Court’s recent Dobbs decision, and ongoing impacts or consequences of the pandemic, among other topics.

We have arranged briefings for key partners and allies on September 14. Interested parties are also invited to join us on the West Steps of the State Capitol at 10 am on Weds., Sept. 14, 2022, for the press conference where we will announce this year’s results.

In addition, you can RSVP to attend a Sept. 14 lunch presentation on our website (attendance will be confirmed after you sign up).
